ORIGIN

The FUNDACION FU.D.A FUNDESARROLLO AFROCOLOMBIANA arises from the joint efforts and experiences of a multidisciplinary human group of expert professionals in visionary planning with a participatory emphasis, suitable for identifying, planning, managing, consolidating and evaluating post-conflict scenarios, local and regional sustainable development, municipal governance, promotion and qualification of Afro-Colombian experiences. It will stimulate the individual and collective promotion of Colombians, without discrimination of any nature, trying to develop their critical capacities and instilling concerns and desires for permanent improvement in ethnic and indigenous groups and the community in general. It will develop in the student a critical awareness of the theories and techniques of legal, regional and national problems; and of his responsibility before them; of personality development and the exercise of the inalienable right of equal opportunities and rights. It will permanently examine and adjust its training and service programs, to ensure its purposes and adapt them to the progress of science, technique and the arts. It will be integrated into the National and International community in continuous communication and exchange of experiences to capture and disseminate scientific advances and their academic, organizational and social achievements. It will be the standard-bearer of democracy at all levels and fields and will develop academic programs in the field of education for work and human development itself and in agreement with technical, technological and university institutions and national and international technical baccalaureate, for peace in the national territory.
